Our return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example, perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial returns will be processed: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for a reason that is not due to an error on our part.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your return has been accepted or refused.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or unreceived refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

Discounted or promotional items (where applicable)
Refunds are only granted for items sold at the normal price. Unfortunately, discounted or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange items that are originally defective or damaged. If you wish to replace your item with the same one, please email us at noglia.contact@gmail.com and send your item to the following address: 23 rue André Rivoire, Grenoble, France.

Gifts
If the item was indicated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not indicated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order shipped with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send you a refund and you will know that you have returned your gift.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 23 rue André Rivoire, Grenoble, France.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. They are not refundable. In the event of a refund, the return postage will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than 75 euros, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
